I have been training with Lacy at SoCal Fitness Society for the last 12 months and she has been pivotal in helping me achieve my goals. Lacy is a professional, personable and highly knowledgeable personal trainer. I went to Lacy with the goal of increasing my muscle mass and transforming my physique. She has helped significantly in both of these areas. In this short time period, my body has changed shape and I have put on 6kg of muscle. I now feel far more confident in my body. I feel much better after consistent training, both in terms of my strength and health: I have mild scoliosis which gives me back ache and a tricky left hip - Lacy adapts all exercises so I don’t exacerbate these but helps me to build strength and encourages me to keep pushing myself and my self-esteem: I feel like a different, much more confident person when we train.
